Service Description
Our first meeting together. This is for 2 sessions. The first session is to discuss your fitness goals, any injuries that you have, use an InBody scale (if you want to see a numeral progress), and finally conduct some movement tests to see how mobile you are. From there, our next session will be a personalized program that will last 60 min.
