This class is for those busy individuals that had a hard week and need to sweat out all the stress. The class consists of a Warm-up, 3 (10 min) circuits, and a surprise round at the end. We have 3 (1 min) set breaks, but is encouraged to take breaks as you need them. This class will challenge you for the better and is 100% doable for all age groups. Come Join the FUN!
