DO BETTER HABITS CHALLENGE

About the Event
Your habits have the power to change you. They can change you from the one who only talks about their goals to the one who REACHES their goals and then some.
I want to help you reach your goals – I Challenge YOU for 4 WEEKS:
- You must complete Each day:
- To be outside for a minimum of 30 minutes each day
- Drink 64 oz of water [5-6 plastic water bottles] minimum a day
- Choose one Health/wellness habit of your choice at least once a day (The more often you do this habit, the more likely you will keep the habit without even thinking about it.)
- 10,000 Steps
- Workout for 30 min/+ (I have HIIT Classes 4x a week)
- Qualiy Sleep (at least 7 hrs of sleep) + Cut out screen time (TV / Phone / Laptop / tablet) 1 hr before bed
- Yoga / Stretching for 30 min/+
- Cook all your meals *No ordering take out/ Getting fast food*
- Every meal has to have at least 20 g of protein
- In order to compete, there will be $150 dollars (via Venmo) at risk. This money will go back to you as long as you complete all 3 habits everyday.
- You will have a PDF to print and mark each day you complete and text/email/message me a photo that you competed the habits for the day.
- The days that you miss even 1 habit + don’t send Photo = You lose $10 out of $150 (- $10)
- If you stack missed days, you lose double that day = -$10 yesterday, - $20 today, -$30 tomorrow
