About the Event
Your habits have the power to change you. They can change you from the one who only talks about their goals to the one who REACHES their goals and then some.
I want to help you reach your goals – I Challenge YOU for 4 WEEKS:
You must complete Each day:
To be outside for a minimum of 30 minutes each day
Drink 64 oz of water [5-6 plastic water bottles] minimum a day
Choose one Health/wellness habit of your choice at least once a day (The more often you do this habit, the more likely you will keep the habit without even thinking about it.)
