It’s crazy to think that everyone has access to abundance of knowledge at our fingertips. However, the information on the internet and social media can mislead you, finding yourself even more frustrated because the lack of results with the time you put in.
At Do Better Fitness, we know what you are going through. Working 10 hrs on the computer. Feeling sluggish/unmotivated to get up in the morning and get things done. Constantly eating snacks to feed our stress. Looking for a life change but don’t know how to start.
My name is Darioush Ebadat and I have found a cure to your madness and stress. With unlocking habit strategies, incorporating movement/weight training, and having a strong accountability partner (ME), I have shown over 100 clients their potential to DO BETTER. I’ve been a Fitness trainer for over 4 years and working in a Physical Therapy Clinic for almost 2 years. With my expertise and proven strategy, I will get you to your health/fitness goals in record time!
